The Compressor Controller is also named Compressor PLC. Compressor Controller controls are capable of adjusting the driver’s output. They also adjust other variables to ensure that the motor is not overloaded or overheated. The motor controls balance the torque, power, and speed outputs of the motor to maintain efficient operation. The control system is composed of a collection of sensors and electrical components. Innovations in sensor technology and microprocessors have increased the controllers’ functionality and versatility. We Proton Engineers follow the work process like visual inspection of Compressor Controller, Burnt Out of components, and Burnt-out of Tracks, Take photo of burn area then after starts the semi-conductor components inspection procedure. We follow our standard protocol to test the components. We use SMD Rework station, SMD soldering station, Air Blower, Fluke Multi-meter for smoother service activity.
