We can do Servo Drive Repairing service of all types of Encoder Control Card, Power Card, and IGBT replacement. We do in major brands servo drive like Power Flex, Austrone, Fanuc, Inverter, KEB, Allen Bradley, Ultra, ABB E190, and Mitsubishi MR J2S. 20A, SEW, Siemens V90, Panasonic, etc. A servo drive is an electronic amplifier used to power electric servomechanisms. A servo drive monitors the feedback signal from the servomechanism and continually adjusts for deviation from expected behaviour.
Also we do chip level servicing Hitachi of above mentioned PCB’s. We follow our own standard protocol to test the components. We use SMD Rework station, SMD soldering station, Air Blower, Fluke Multi-meter for smoother service activity. We follow the work process like visual inspection of Servo Drive, Burnt Out of components, and Burnt out of Tracks, Take photo of burn area then after starts the semi-conductor components inspection procedure.
