Stepper Motor Drive is the same as AC/DC Drive, a major difference can move step by step in a predefined manner. It can be operated by AC/DC supply based on application. Nowadays most automation project uses Stepper Motor Drive like CNC Router Machine, Textile Machine, Cook Processing Industry. We follow the work process like visual inspection of Stepper Drive, Burnt Out of components, and Burnt-out of Tracks, Take photo of burn area then after starts the semi-conductor components inspection procedure. Also, we do chip level servicing of above mentioned Stepper Drive. We Proton Engineers follow our standard protocol to test the components. We use SMD Rework station, SMD soldering station, Air Blower, Fluke Multimeter for smoother service activity.
